Lee’s Ride

1973 Esprit, previous owner started a cosmetic transition into a Trans Am.  I got the car in a trade, and commenced making the car PERFORM like a Trans Am should!  Several parts from the Graveyard, too.

455 Pontiac, very simple build with stock non-adjustable valve train, and a cam I designed myself to make it all work.  8.3:1 compression, runs on 87 octane, and has ran 13.12 at the track, puts 315hp/385tq to the wheels, and cruises nicely with 3.08 gears and working A/C (R134 conversion).

  • FIRST 2nd gen to have New Vintage USA gauges & mounts (I wrote the instructions for them).

  • Tri-Y headers

  • FAST XFI Sportsman EFI & ignition
